Meet the New Zonify Platform

Dear Stakeholders,

We're introducing the new Zonify Platform: a faster, more intelligent workspace built for teams that need to move from insight to decision without stitching together charts, screenshots, and notes by hand.

This is more than a dashboard refresh. It's a new AI-native platform that brings performance monitoring, insight generation, flexible data access, reporting, and tenant collaboration into one connected experience.

This new platform also marks the beginning of our mission to re-emerge as a Footfall Data Science provider. It reflects our ambition to move beyond the industry's traditional focus on simply displaying footfall data in dashboards and instead transform that data into readily accessible, strategic and actionable insights, supported by clear conclusions, without leaving users to interpret complex dashboards on their own.

An integrated AI system that keeps watch for what matters

At the core of the new platform is a fully integrated AI system that continuously analyzes activity across the business. Instead of waiting for teams to discover issues manually, it keeps watch for meaningful shifts and brings forward the developments most worth attention.

ZonifyQL and flexible data access for power users

The new platform is built for both end users who want Zonify to do the work for them and power users who want direct access to the data behind the experience.

ZonifyQL is Zonify's analytics query language, available through a flexible API for custom analysis, automation, and deeper reporting. The same governed data layer also powers AI answers and reports, while MCP access extends Zonify AI into tools like Copilot.

A new tenant engagement portal

We're also introducing a brand-new way for customers to work with their tenants. The new tenant engagement portal gives brands a dedicated place to review store performance, upload POS sales data, and compare trading activity against measured footfall in a more collaborative workflow.
